My granddaughter lives out of town and had not been around during the renovation of my new kitchen. When she walked in those were the first words out of her mouth. “Gramma, it looks like a queen’s kitchen." A friend recommended Jack and Penny (Royal T Builders, Inc.) to help me for my upcoming kitchen renovation project. My kitchen had not been remodeled for over 30 years and was due for an update. Jack, Penny and I met to discuss my desires and goals. We set a date for them to begin. I am so glad I contacted and hired them to do my dream kitchen, they did an AWESOME job. Jack and Penny listened and offered suggestions along with solutions when I was not sure what could be done. They researched these solutions and brought ideas from their experiences. RT Builders gutted the kitchen; cabinets, walls and flooring…Gone! Unbeknownst to me there were issues within the walls behind the cabinets that needed to be taken care of before new cabinets could be installed-- they found that the electrical to be inadequate and needed to be brought up to code. Jack and Penny corrected this issue and made all necessary upgrades to give me the most efficient and safe kitchen. They worked with me every step of the way to make sure the project was done skillfully, affordably and totally within compliance to produce my beautiful new kitchen. During the project, Jack and Penny paid attention to every detail of the project and cleaned the worksite every day before leaving. (They even loaned me their toaster oven so that I could cook while I was without my kitchen.) Also, shortly into the project, I asked my friend, Sue, of Sue Monday’s Design to help keep us on track with design elements.
